The smell of gasoline and the emotions that sports cars evoke have accompanied me since childhood. I grew up with cars and have been doing them professionally for the past 15 years. I went through a number of cars in that time and the scenario was almost always the same: buy, enjoy, and finally sell at a loss. I was a textbook example of why they say a car is the worst investment.

I decided to change this view after discovering a category of cars that work differently — not only delivering driving pleasure, but also increasing in value over time.
